A Hands-On Workshop with Chef Grace Aquino

Join us for a fun and interactive chocolate-making experience led by our head pastry chef, Chef Grace Aquino. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn the fundamentals of chocolate confections using locally sourced Philippine cacao.

Chef Grace will kick things off with a fascinating introduction to the bean-to-bar process—how chocolate is made from scratch using real cacao beans. She will also demonstrate essential chocolate tempering techniques and show you how to dip a variety of delicious confections with precision and style.

Each participant will receive a complete chocolate kit and get the chance to temper their own chocolate, then dip and decorate a range of treats including:

  • Chocolate Barks

  • French Mendiants

  • Chocolate-dipped strawberries, dried fruits, cookies and more!

You'll go home with a beautiful box filled with your handmade confections and a Certificate of Participation to mark your chocolate journey.
